Yesterday, 14 teams were shutout in the first half and only one, kansas, was competitive in the second half. Was this an abberation or the norm for the first week? Additionally, how did those "slug" teams perform the following week or two against the spread? I do not have the previous years stats and, if anyone, has the answer to these questions I would appreciate a response.
